We make every effort to ensure that all items are well packed and arrive with you safely, but sometimes damages do occur in transit. We apologise if this is the case, we do understand how inconvenient it is when items arrive damaged and we will get replacement items to you as quickly as we can.
If your order has arrived and some of the contents are damaged then please use the contact us section to let us know what items are damaged. Please provide us with your order number and/or postcode and the email address associated with the order to allow us to access your account. Please give us as much detail as possible with regards to the damaged item, part or panel this will allow us to deal with the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please can you also provide a photograph of the damaged item as this will assist us in identifying the item required and allow us to make a claim with the courier if appropriate. You can call to give us this information, but we can deal with your enquiry more accurately and efficiently if you provide us with the information via the contact us section or by email.
