Whilst we try to make every effort to make sure that there are no errors with your order, there are occasions when mistakes can happen (all of our orders are picked, packed and despatched by humans and some times we do make mistakes!) We apologise if this is the case, we do understand how inconvenient it is when there are items missing from your order and we will get the missing items to you as quickly as we can.
Please note if you have not received all of your parcels from the courier then please see the FAQ "I have not received all of my parcels from the courier, what should I do?".
If your order has arrived and some of the contents are missing then please use the contact us section to let us know what items are missing. Please provide us with your order number and/or postcode and the email address associated with the order to allow us to access your account. Please give us as much detail as possible with regards to the missing item, part or hardware this will allow us to deal with the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can call to give us this information, but we can actually deal with your enquiry more accurately and efficiently if you provide us with the information via the contact us section or by email.
