I need to re-arrange my FedEx delivery as I am not going to be in, can this be done?

Yes, you can re-arrange your delivery directly with FedEx.

This can be done by using the live chat option on the FedEx website click the FedEx virtual assistant in the bottom right hand corner. When there if you type "talk to an operator" you will be transferred to a live chat agent who will be able to assist. You will need your consignment number which we should have provided you with.
