I have not received all of my parcels from the courier, what should I do?

We are sorry if you have received a partial delivery from the courier. This can happen sometimes especially with multi part consignments.

In the first instance please check you email (including any junk or spam folders). There are times when we may generate too many shipping labels so it may say you are due to receive 12 parcels but you have only received 11. If we have generated too many labels we will let you know via email that this is the case so you know how many parcels you are due to receive.

When a shipment has left us we will have provided your email address to the courier and you should have received a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order online and see the expected delivery date of any missing parcels. We have no further information other than the courier provides on the online tracking link. If there are parcels missing we kindly ask that you wait a further 2-3 working days as they will normally have only been temporarily delayed in the courier system and should follow on. in the unlikely event that after this time you are still missing parcels then please let us know via the contact us link below and we will start to investigate and if necessary re-send any missing items. If you do need to contact us please let us have your order number and/or postcode along with the email address used when placing the order as this will enable us to deal with your enquiry efficiently.

You are more than welcome to contact us by phone regarding missing parcels but we will not be able to provide any further information other than is available on the courier online tracking system. We always advise that providing us with further information by using the contact us form or email will enable us to deal with any issues in the most accurate and efficient manner.
