When your order is despatched you should be emailed from us or the courier company a tracking number and link to the couriers website to track the delivery. Please use this link to track the individual status of all of the parcels included in your shipment. This applies to deliveries from DPD, FedEx and Hermes.
If you order has been despatched on a pallet we would have advised you of this in advance then we will also have supplied you contact details to the pallet courier and they should be in touch to book your delivery in with you.
If you have selected our white glove service or a dedicated Storage 4 Crafts delivery then this will contact you in advance to inform you of a date and estimated time of delivery for you order. Our drivers use a delivery tracking system called DeTrack which will show the drivers location on the day of delivery. Your delivery confirmation email should have a link to this.
