You can adjust the doors on your unit using the AXI hinges that are supplied. There are 3 different ways you can adjust the doors, these adjustment can change the gap between the doors, the gap at the top or bottom of the doors and the angle of the doors.
Please note for all units that are on wheels if you move the unit around then the alignment of the doors will change due to slight difference in the floor surface. It is recommended to move the unit to the place it will be stored before adjusting the hinges.
To adjust the gap between the doors you need to release the screw in the centre of the hinge part that is attached to the door this will allow the door to move left and right. You need to release this screw slightly in all of the hinges fitted to the door you want to adjust it will then move left and right
To adjust the gap at the top or bottom of the doors you need to remove the door screw shown in the yellow circle this will allow the door to move up and down. You need to remove this screw in all of the hinges fitted to the door you want to adjust. Then turn the screw in the red circle slightly to adjust the height of the door. Finally replace the screw in the yellow circle.
To adjust the angle of the doors you need to release slightly the screw shown in the yellow circle. Then you can adjust the small screw in the red circle to change the angle of the door. Use this adjustment if the gap in the middle or at the top and bottom of each door is not even. Make small adjustments and close the doors to check for improvement. When the adjustment is complete then tighten the screw in the yellow circle.
