When you have placed an order if you wish to cancel please contact us by using the contact form or email us. All requests to cancel need to be in writing.
Please note if you have ordered furniture once we have allocated a delivery date to your order we will start to manufacture your item/s and after this time it will not be possible to cancel your order.
